Medneo accelerates growth and enters veterinary imaging with acquisition of Burgess Diagnostics
We are pleased to announce that Medneo has acquired Burgess Diagnostics Ltd, 21st September 2026.
The transaction marks Medneo’s first expansion into veterinary imaging and the latest step in a period of significant growth. It follows Medneo’s national partnership with Ramsay Health Care UK, broadening the group’s geographic reach, customer base and specialist imaging capabilities.
Burgess Diagnostics will continue to operate under its established brand, with continuity from the existing leadership team through the transition. Medneo will work alongside the Burgess Diagnostics team to support the business’s next phase of growth while preserving the expertise and customer relationships that have made it successful.
