Having had experience of their mobile MRI units previously, Burgess Diagnostics were an obvious choice for us to provide MRI services at our new specialty hospital. From initial point of contact to our first day scanning the whole team at Burgess Diagnostics have been approachable and professional, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Our first day scanning of 6 patients/8 areas was smooth sailing and we look forward to our continued relationship.

Regular access to CT and MRI advanced imaging provided by Burgess Diagnostics, has been a key component in us expanding the range of services and level of patient care we are able to provide to our patients. Diagnosing conditions both earlier and non-invasively has been welcomed by vets and owners alike, and we continue to see the benefit of regular access to these services for a wide range of surgical and non-surgical conditions.

We have been using Burgess Diagnostics for mobile CT since August 2019 and are incredibly impressed with how helpful, efficient and friendly the whole team are: from fitting us into the schedule last minute, to helping arrange CPD and learning about CT and diagnostics - every interaction we have had with them has been a pleasure.

On scan days, we can work through 10 patients quickly and efficiently - but also with the patience and attention to detail that you would expect.

We are very grateful to Burgess Diagnostics for working with us and allowing us to expand our services as a practice.

- Dr Samantha Bird, Clinical Director, JVP, BVetMed PgCertSAM MRCVS, Vets 4 Pets Cardiff Bay

Partnering with Burgess Diagnostics has enabled us to provide an additional diagnostic tool for our clinical team to help our clients and their pets lead a better and healthier life.

Our clients feel this to be excellent without the excessive travel requirements and with their Vets of choice.

The team loves the opportunity to help even more patients with specialist service locally, whilst facilitating professional growth and a sense of achievement with prospect for growth.
