Senior Mobile MRI Radiographer (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Belfast, Northern Ireland

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Mobile MRI Radiographer to join our Clinical Services team working in Belfast.

Whether you are an MRI radiographer, or a vet nurse with experience in MRI, we would love to hear from you. About the Role:

Location: Belfast, NI

Hours: Full time, part-time

Days: Monday-Friday (no on call), 9am-5pm, occasional flexibility may be required

Salary: £45,000+ depending on experience (reduced pro rata for part time)

What you'll be doing:

You will operate our mobile MRI scanning units to deliver the highest standards of diagnostic imaging while demonstrating excellent communication, customer service and patient care. You will work closely with, and support vets with critical diagnostics that can help change the lives of pets. No two days will be the same as you use your radiography skills in a whole new way.

Previous experience working in the veterinary sector is not essential as full training is provided.

Applicant Criteria:

• Highly proficient in MRI with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Able to work conformably as an autonomous practitioner with support from veterinary specialists on site
• Experience working independently
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of MRI safety protocols, policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, be personable and professional
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Senior MRI & CT Radiographers (Bank) 

We have the following opportunities for Senior MRI & CT Radiographers to join our Clinical Services team. We are looking for staff to cover the following locations for 1 day every four weeks:  

• MRI - Aberdeen, Fife, Isle of Wight

• CT - Cardiff, Glasgow, Inverness, Lincoln, Newcastle

Applicant Criteria:

• Highly proficient in MRI or CT with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in MRI or 2 years in CT
• Comfortable working as an autonomous practitioner with support from veterinary specialists on site
• Previous veterinary experience is not essential, full training will be provided
